    The Remote Monitor System of Wind Turbine Gearbox Safety Running

    • Based on the analysis and summary of the safety operation condition of wind turbine gearbox,this paper developed a remote online monitoring system on the safety running of wind turbine gearbox. Through the gearbox vibration signal analysis, temperature collection, smoke detect and video surveillance,the system can have a real-time monitoring on the mechanical structure damage, temperature abnormal, the scene of smoke and environmental anomalies. To achieve real-time monitoring and alarm, the system can also send the data to the remote monitoring server through internet. The system has a great value for the safety running, fault alarm and remaining life assessment of wind turbine gearbox.
