RT of Titanium Alloy SPF/DB 3-layer Structure Parts

The paper introduces the inspection method for internal forming quality of titanium alloy SPF/DB 3-layers structure parts. The author analyzes the cause of those internal forming defects and defect type of titanium alloy SPF/DB 3-layers structure parts, and proposes a suitable inspection technology-X ray testing technology. By comparing industry CT, radiographic and real-time imaging inspection technology, the paper achieves an optimum inspection scheme. Present result not only provides guarantees for inspection of parts quality, but also provides some reference for internal forming quality inspection of other titanium alloy SPF/DB 3-layers structure parts
