    Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing for Hydrogenation Reactor Convex Platform Welding Layer Crack

    • Through experimental research,the application of phase array ultrasonic testing technology (PA) in the crack detection for hydrogenation reactor convex platform overlay welding was realized. The minimum measurable crack height of 2 mm(test block)/3 mm(workpiece) was achieved, and the crack height measurement error was less than 1.0 mm .The technology could be applied to the convex platform overlay welding crack detection of many specifications.
