    • The insufficiency of traditional ultrasonic detection sensitivity adjustment and defect quantifying for weld seam were analyzed, and two making methods of DAC curve for notches and holes were described. It provided quantitative basis for defects with different acoustic soundpath, to simplify procedure of sensitivity adjustment and defect quantifying, and reduce the work of UT inspector.
