Calculation of the Thickness of the Valve Special Site by Using the Film Characteristic Curve and Radiation Theory

This paper introduces the thickness calculation method for valve body steel casting special parts. The method was based on measuring the film density and combining it with film characteristic curve and discrete coordinate to calculate radiation strength in each direction. The actual detection specific example is explained. The results showed that using this method to calculate the thickness of the valve body steel casting should have some practical significance.
