Technology of Terahertz Ray Nondestructive Testing

The generation principle and transformation mode of sub millimeter radiation were introduced. Fixed on the current research of wave source and detectors, detection and radiography technology of sub millimeter radiation were presented. Based on the advantages of terahertz ray testing, the application of the technology in nondestructive testing field was given.
