Eddy Current Bobbin Probe Performance Evaluation Parameters Experiment

In order to evaluate and compare the Bobbin probes which are used in heat exchanger tubes eddy current testing(ECT), eddy current bobbin probe performance evaluation parameters are introduced in this thesis, through analyzing the basic elements of the ECT results. With comparison experiment between SNPSC self-made and imported probes and analysis for the results of the experiment, we conclude the method of eddy current bobbin probe performance evaluation. Finally, we give the acceptance level of Bobbin probes ( 11 mm) which are used in 08X18H10T stainless steel  16 mm×1.5 mm SG tube ECT. The conclusion provides the reference for probe performance testing and comparison.
