    Ultrasonic Testing of Cladding on Drilled Tube Plate

    • In order to improve detection speed and ensure testing quality in ultrasonic testing of cladding on drilled tube plate, on the basis of preliminary testing by using straight beam probe MB5F, the technology of accurately testing of suspicious signal on pipe-bridge by using TR straight beam probe MSEB4H and angle beam TR probe(longitudinal wave) VSY70 was used. Through the testing of simulated block and cladding on drilled tube plate, it was verified that the detection speed could be improved and the testing quality could be simultaneously ensured by using the combination of conventional probe and special probe.
