Test Ability for Weld Defect with TOFD Method

In this article, the authors aim to describe an experiment which is performed to test and verify the probability of detection for welding defect by TOFD testing method, and try to verify the precision for height measurement for defect. The result shows that TOFD is a good method for welding defect testing and possesses of high precision for height measurement for planar defect.
