Development of Standard Atlas for Penetrate Testing of the Micro-porosity in Casting

This paper discussed the development process of standard atlas for penetrate testing of the micro-porosity in casting. It was proved that the revised standard atlas could meet the standard test requirements of some high temperature alloy micro-porosity fluorescence in production site. Compared with foreign standard atlas for penetrate testing, the developed standard atlas has the equivalent effect and it meets completely the domestic needs of standard atlas for penetrate testing of the micro-porosity in casting.
