Nondestructive Testing Technologies for the Inner Defect Detection of Pipeline

The common nondestructive testing technologies for pipeline such as radiographic testing, ultrasonic testing, eddy current testing and optical testing were introduced. The principles and methods were described emphatically and the advantages and disadvantages of each method were given. At last, a conclusion was drawn that each testing method could not meet the pipeline testing requirement entirely, and it should be integrated to compensate each others shortcomings.
