    Calculation of Distance-Amplitude Curve for Axial Oblique Incidence Ultrasonic Testing of Pipeline

    • According to a supposition brought forward by present author, the new formulas were developed, the distance-amplitude curves of long transversally drilled hole, short drilled hole, plane bottom hole, large plane bottom, sphere hole had been calculated and painted out for pipeline ultrasonic testing in axial oblique incidence case. Preliminary experimental verification on the block having long transversally drilled hole showed that theory and test results were consistent. Its application value was discussed.
