    A Preliminary Study on Infrared Thermal Imaging Characteristics of Recreation Facility

    • Many mechanical and electrical components of recreation facility often have apparent temperature rise during operation, and the abnormal temperature indicates that the equipment operation may have fault which can cause accidents in severe cases. This paper first analyzed the reason why the temperature of key components rose when the recreation facility was run, then by collecting and analyzing the infrared thermography of hydraulic system, wheels, reducer, motor of recreation facility in the work, infrared thermal imaging characteristics of these parts were preliminarily obtained. It proved that infrared thermal imaging detection technology was a potential method applicable to recreation facility ride operating state and diagnosing malfunctions.
