Defect Analysis and Ultrasonic Testing for Locomotive Integral Wheel

The defects caused by the integral rolled-steel wheel were statistical. The cause and damage were analyzed for the defects. The present testing procedure was very hardly effective to test the circumferential crack and stripping defect. The effective testing method for such crack was introduced, which had great value to assure the locomotive safty.
