    Study on the Inspection Technology of Bridge and Trestle Cranes Rail

    • An inspection method for the rail of bridge and trestle cranes was proposed. The inspection system included a total station instrument and a railway robot. The instrument could trace the position of the robot when the robot moved along the rail under test. Based on the measurement data, the central line of railway was reconstructed. So, the status of the rail could be evaluated. The measurement accuracy of the inspection system was ±2 mm.
