    The Exploration about EDA Simulation Principle in Time Measurement of Ultrasonic Bolt Axial Stress Measurement Technique

    • Based on the identity of oscillatory differential equation between vibration excited by ultrasonic wave propagating in bolts and RLC electric circuit, the one to one correspondence between the mechanical parameter(such as mass, mechanical compliance mechanical resistance) and the circuit parameter(such as inductance, capacitance, resistance) was established. The mechanical parameters affecting the measurement of sound time(time of ultrasonic wave propagating in the bolt) were equivalent to circuit parameter. And then, using EDA(Electronic Design Automation) simulation software, the effect on sound time caused by the change of circuit parameters was analyzed, a relationship of sound time and circuit capacitance and resistance were fitted. The simulation result shows that the relationship and practical measurement are self-consistent, and it proved that the problem of sound time could be simulated by EDA.
