    Simulation and Experimental Study of the Ferromagnetic Metal Magnetic Memory Effect

    • The metal magnetic memory(MMM) testing technology can only be qualitatively determine the location of the stress concentration zone, but can not quantitatively evaluate the stress concentration. On the basis of studying of the relationship between the external load and surface stress distribution, this paper derived the numerical relationship between stress and magnetic permeability of the elastic stage of the component, constructed the metal magnetic memory testing system, and studied the influence of the load, lift-off and the scan path on the magnetic memory signals. The results laid the foundation for advancing the quantitative study of metal magnetic memory.
