Research on Online Ultrasonic Testing Method of Engine Wheels

According to the demand of online ultrasonic test of engine wheels, probe group with different angles is used to test flaws from the wheel. And there are 90 probe groups to cover the two wheels completely. This method is superior to traditional methods in beam coverage, automation level and testing accuracy.
