Nondestructive Testing System of Alternative Magnetic Leakage Flux based on the Magnetic Field Measurement and the Frequency Sweeping Method

Alternative magnetic leakage flux method was developed from the eddy current testing and traditional magnetic leakage flux testing, and it was advantageous for surface flaw recognition. The fast flaw-recognition model based on the magnetic field measurement and the depth-detection model based on the frequency sweeping method were built. Experimental results proved their accuracy.
