Identification Between Distortion Wave and Non-Correlation Signal in TOFD Inspection

One of the key technologies for TOFD inspection is identification and interpretation for graph spectrum. According to the distortion wave signal in TOFD graph spectrum, the time difference calculation was done, and the influence of non-correlation signal and distortion wave was excluded as much as possible combining with the analysis of inspection cases. So the identification and measuration for defect was done correctly, and misjudgment of defect was also avoided.
