Determination of the Phase Velocity Spectrum of Ultrasonic Wave Based on Analysis of the Phase Spectrum of Reflected Pulses: LabVIEW Implementation

Based on the unique advantage in signal measurement & processing of the graphic programming language, LabVIEW, the phase velocity spectra of ultrasonics in Mengniu milk at a certain temperature can be calculated by use of the phase spectra of pulses reflected from the plates located at different positions. The results can be used for determination of the relevant parameters of the milk.
