    System Design and Weak Signal Detection Based on ACFM

    • In order to meet the need of ACFM defect analysis of electromagnetic signals, a set of weak signal detection and processing system was designed and developed. Magnetic field distortion signals caused by defect disturbance were acquired through sensor and they were collected by data acquisition card after signal conditioning circuit. The collected data was analyzed and processed by Labview software module for getting defect information. Results showed that the system has higher sensitivity and detection accuracy in weak signal acquisition and achieved the extraction of millivolt level of induction voltage signal and suppression of the noise.
