Application of Fatigue Crack Monitoring by Acoustic Emission Technology

In this paper, the application of the fatigue test of metal structures with acoustic emission technology was mainly introduced. The AE monitoring of fatigue crack initiation in metal aluminum plate with holes was investigated. Acoustic emission monitoring technology can realize real-time monitoring structural fatigue crack initiation of early and its expand trend.
