Remote Field Eddy Current Testing of Water-Cooled Wall Tube for Municipal Solid Waste Incineration Plant Boiler

Corrosion pit,wear thinning and fatigue crack appeared on the water cooled wall of municipal solid waste incineration plant boiler. The applicability and advantages of remote field eddy current testing applying in municipal solid waste incineration plant boiler were presented in this paper, then the detecting process and applicative example of remote field eddy were introduced with Ferroscope  308 system. The advantage of high reliability, high efficiency and convenient to use was summarized in the last part.
