Research of Portable Intelligent Ultrasonic Flaw Detector in Aeronautical Maintenance

Aimed at the demand of flaw detecting of naval plane, a portable intelligent ultrasonic flaw detector was designed, which was based on ultrasonic testing and computer techniques, combining built-in system and C language program. The stroke oar leaf crossbeam of a certain helicopter was tested. Testing results showed that the instrument met the design demand, and could be used for flaw detecting for various type naval plane.
