Defect Testing by Electric Current Perturbation of Joint Bolt Hole for Certain Helicopter

Joint bolt hole of certain helicopter was easy to crack in the process of use, so affecting safety of flight seriously. In order to ensure safety, a new testing method was introduced in this paper. Current perturbation technology was adopted and special electric current perturbation sensor and test block were designed. The experimental results showed that this method was effective and feasible.
