    • Urea reactor is the core equipment of urea synthesis devices. Due to corrosive of leaked detection media, there often occur cracks in part of weld and plate. Due to the structural features of urea reactor, traditional testing methods cannot find the crack, leading to serious security risks. The article focused on multi-layer urea reactor acoustic emission detection technology and signal evaluation methods, carried out anatomical comparison and made a good application effect.
