    Metal Magnetic Memory Testing Signals Characteristics and its Verification of Working Crane

    • Metal Magnetic Memory(MMM) technology was used to test the double-beam bridge crane rails. The results showed that the most MMM signals were distributed symmetrically in the rails. The location of these MMM signals coincided with the area of the crane orbit. There were some asymmetric abnormal signals of MMM found in the rails. These MMM signals were caused by the own stress concentration or material damage of the rails. These places should be the focus of future testing.
