Common Defects of Magnetic Particle Inspection of Bearing Parts

This paper describes the most common causes of several kinds of defects of the bearing parts produced in the process of manufacturing and the characteristics of defect magnetic image collected by fluorescent magnetic particle inspection.Failure analysis was made according to the defect images.Some common causes for the defects were summarized in the aim as to improve the technology procedures and to prevent the defects in the future.
