Procedure Improvement for Penetrant Testing Under High Temperature Environment

Aimed at the leakage accidents caused by the penetrant testing(PT), an improved PT procedure was made and performed based on ASME and related codes, combined with the actural site such as oil, open-air testing erviroment, high erviromental temperature, and special material and so on the features of the units. A great deal of defects were detected.
