The Ultrasonic Guided Wave Testing to Heat Exchanger Pipes

For conventional eddy current test cant examine heat exchanger pipes roundly and fleetly, a new method of ultrasonic guided wave detection technology was put forward. Special guided wave probe was designed according to characteristics of heat exchanger pipes. Comparaison results of the two technologies used in practical test showed their good confirmation. At the same time, special advantages of guided wave detection technology were shown.
