    Practical Application Comparison of CR and DR Technology on Long Distance Pipeline Welds Testing

    • The two mainly digital radiographic testing technologies, both CR and DR, which were applied into the welds testing of long distance pipeline, were introduced. Based on the practical application on the two kinds of system, the working efficiency, labor intensity and cost were compared among CR,DR and film radiography technology. Data analysis shows that CR is the most suitable digital radiographic technology for long distance pipeline welds testing at present.
