    Flaw Recognition of Screw Based on Alternating Magnetic Flux Leakage Testing

    • Based on the simulation analysis of plural cracks, the theoretical basis of flaw in screw detected by alternative magnetic flux leakage testing method was established, the detection was decomposed to four phases and the signal characteristics of each stage were assayed. The flaw recognition method of abstracting local maxima of detection signal was expounded and verified by experiment.
