The Comparison of LED Film Viewer and Traditional Film Viwers

According to GB/T 19802—2005 Non-destructive inspection, the lowest standard of Industrial film viewer, we compare LED film viewer with fluorescent film viewers under a series of test. The results showed that the LED film viewer has better than fluorescent film viewer in luminance, lifetime and seismic stability. But It seems that the high cost of the LED prevent the development of the LED film viewer presently. With the development of LED, luminance will be increased and cost will be decreased, LED may replace the fluorescent lamp to be the major trend in industrial film viewer.
