Ultrasonic Detection for Bonding Layer of Nozzle Bracket

According to the structure characteristics of metal/cemented structure of rubber and material characteristics, the ultrasonic detection methods of the cement bond quality structure are introduced. The multiple reflection method, sample making, sensitivity adjustment and display discrimination are also introduced. Among them, some methods and measures are to target some special cases, such as ultrasonic multiple reflection method and block design. Present method can provide reference for conventional detection methods of other thinwalled composite and rubber composites.
