Overhead Type Large-Diameter Steel Pipe Ultrasonic Testing Equipment

In order to meet the demand of large-diameter steel pipe automatic testing, the overhead type large-diameter steel pipe ultrasonic testing equipment was developed. PLC, WinCC and other advanced control methods were used to solve the technical difficulties of the probe tracking and the water coupling and to realize the automation. The equipment can be used to ultrasonic test the  300~800 mm steel pipe, with high sensitivity, strong anti-interference ability, high degree of automation, and with ease to operate.
