Barkhausen Noise Stress Testing System Based on ARM Platform

This paper presented the theory of Barkhausen noise method. Based on further research and analysis of Barkhausen noise method, a new portable Barkhausen noise stress testing system was proposed. In this system, overall construction of the exciting signal generation, stress data sampling, data processing and host controller interface parts were based on ARM platform and DSP platform. Combining Barkhausen noise stress testing technology with some advanced technologies, such as embedded Linux operation system and digital signal processing, could provide a very friendly and convenient host controller interface and meet the requirements of some key performance indexes of Barkhausen noise method, such as high sampling frequency and sampling signal filtering processing. This paper mainly stated the design plan of ARM platform.
