Ultrasonic Automatic Scanning for Flaw of Wheel Hubs of Vehicle

As for automobile and wheel engineering load vehicle, there are multiple inner flaws during the repeated use of their wheel hubs, especially in the curved surface which is subjected to large load, so rotating shaft A and C has been designed, and then an ultrasonic automatic testing system is developed for the curved surface of wheel hubs. Some experiments have been conducted to proof the feasibility of this system, solving the problem of low speed and short precision by manual operation.
