    Dispersion Compensation Method for Removing the Dispersion of Lamb Wave

    • Multimodes and dispersion of Lamb wave make it very complicated to be used in nondestructive testing field. The dispersion of Lamb wave was analyzed, a dispersion compensation method to remove the dispersion of the received signal was proposed. Mode S0 of Lamb wave propagating in 10 cm thickness steel plate was simulated, then a signal with high spatial resolution was attained. In the experiment, the signal propagating 10 cm in the 3 mm thickness Al plate was processed, and a good result was achieved.
