Research and Development of Detection Technologies for Gas Pipeline

The importance and necessity for gas pipeline detection was analyzed. Domestic and international detection development and technology of gas pipeline was introduced. Gas pipeline detection technologies and research progress including direct detection and indirect detection were investigated with their advantages and disadvantages compared. The research and development trend of gas pipeline detection technology in China was presented, and the importance of integrity management of the domestic gas pipeline was stressed.
