Fluorescence Penetration Testing of Ceramic Ball Bearing

The ceramic (the ball) material characteristics are introduced and the application characteristics of ceramic ball bearings are analyzed. A variety of methods for detection of ceramic ball defects are investigated. Tests show that the optimized fluorescence penetration testing technology can effectively detect surface micro cracks in ceramic ball.
