Nondismantling inspection of safety performance of high-pressure gas cylinders
-
Abstract
To address the problems of complex operation and vulnerability of high-pressure gas cylinders during disassembly inspection, nondestructive testing techniques such as high-frequency guided wave testing, digital radiography, automatic ultrasonic thickness measurement and flaw detection, array eddy current testing, and acoustic emission testing were used to conduct safety performance tests on cylinders without disassembly. Through experiments, the feasibility, accuracy, and application scope of non-dismantling inspection technology were clarified. The proposed inspection method could effectively identify potential hazards of cylinders, providing technical support for ensuring the safe use of cylinders and reducing accident risks. It had engineering reference value for improving the integrity management level of high-pressure gas cylinders.
