    Strand signal processing method of wire rope leakage detection based on multi-channel signal phase shifting

    • To effectively weaken the strand signal in the magnetic flux leakage detection signal of wire ropes, a strand signal processing method based on multi-channel signal phase shifting was proposed. The principle of this method was first introduced from the perspective of the helical structure characteristics of wire ropes, and corresponding calculation formulas were provided. The proposed method was then used to conduct specific tests on various steel wire ropes for verification and comparison with other traditional processing methods. Results showed that the proposed method could effectively eliminate rope strand signals and had certain superiority and universality.
