Anti-Corrosion testing for components of large-scale offshore wind turbines in high-temperature and high humidity environments

    • Due to the interference of objective environmental factors at sea, it is difficult to ensure the detection effect of anti-corrosion state of wind turbine parts. Therefore, the research on anti-corrosion detection method of large-scale offshore wind turbine parts in high temperature and high humidity environment was proposed. The NC200NW infrared camera, which integrated an infrared thermal imager and a visible light camera, was used as a monitoring device, and the timing shooting time interval was set according to the running time and weather conditions of the wind turbine, and the data acquisition position was marked by GPS positioning function. After removing the noise factor of infrared data of parts by Gaussian filtering, the pixel value was converted into temperature value based on regional average method, and the anticorrosion state was determined by extracting the characteristics of temperature gradient and temperature peak. The test results showed that the proposed method can effectively identify the types of corrosion defects, suppress corrosion defect signals and accurately locate corrosion defects.Provides reliable guidance for timely maintenance or replacement of corroded parts.
