Typical flaw analysis of automatic ultrasonic testing for full automatic welding of long distance pipelines

Automatic welding has been widely used in long distance pipeline with large diameters for the past few years. Automatic ultrasonic testing was applied to detection the automatic welding both domestic and overseas. This paper mainly introduced the image display and analysis in the AUT atlas of the typical flaw and the types in long distance pipelines with automatic welding, to provide the reference for correct flaw identification for peers.
