Application of microfocus DR imaging technology in manufacturing inspection of cable type pyrotechnics

    • By conducting X-ray real-time imaging testing on cable type pyrotechnics, nondestructive testing of internal defects in multiple types of workpieces such as rods, cables, and discs was solved. For the ribbon sample, high-precision control of sample displacement was achieved through the gear mechanism transmission of the ribbon sample moving platform. The ribbon sample moving platform can deflect within ±45° along the X-axis, achieving multi angle detection of the samples and solving the internal structure, charge density, and defect detection of large-diameter flexible detonating cords. For disc shaped samples, a high-precision deflection mechanism of the disc shaped sample rotation table was used to achieve ±45° deflection of the sample, solving the problem of multi angle internal structure, charge density, and defect detection of small-diameter flexible detonating cord samples. It wasexpected to provide some reference for DR detection in the manufacturing process of cable typepyrotechnics.
