    Tank roof inspection based on semiquantitative risk assessment and array pulsed eddy current technology

    • Based on the evaluation idea of the British standard EEMUA PUB NO 159-2017, a semi-quantitative risk assessment technology was used to assess the risk of a gasoline atmospheric storage tank roof, an inspection strategy based on GB/T 26610.2-2022 was given, and an array pulse eddy current technology was used to conduct online inspection of the tank roof. The results show that the semi-quantitative risk assessment technology based on EEMUA PUB NO 159-2017 can guide the inspection of tank roof, and the array pulse eddy current technology can achieve the combination of high inspection efficiency and high sensitivity. The combination of these two technologies has replaced the traditional inspection method of tank roof to a certain extent, and has great engineering application and promotion value.
