    Alignment and comprehensive analysis of internal inspection data of long-distance pipelines

    • Taking two rounds of inspection data of a product oil pipeline as the research object, the idea and process of data alignment and comparison were conceived, the data alignment algorithm model was established, and the data alignment software was developed. Combined with manual review and correction, fast and accurate alignment for the data was hence realized. Based on the comprehensive analysis of the alignment results, the fusion management of multiple rounds of inspection data can not only fully grasp the update of the basic information of the pipeline, but also forecast the development trend of defects, and it can then clarify the main factors affecting the safe operation of the pipeline.
