    Point cloud extraction of blades based on electronic linear accelerator industrial CT

    • Aiming at the requirements for nondestructive testing of complex three-dimensional structure and point cloud extraction of aeroengine turbine blades,electronic linear accelerator Industrial CT imaging device for nondestructive testing of large-scale blades was developed. A method of directly converting industrial CT images into three-dimensional point cloud models was proposed. The three-dimensional model was reconstructed by accelerator CT scanning and three-dimensional reconstruction software. Different surface extraction methods were selected to extract the point cloud model of blades. The point cloud model was optimized and compared with CAD mode by automatic and optimal alignment. The results showed that this method of point cloud model extracted from blades was able to satisfy the actual production requirements.
