Low temperature color penetration test based on ASME standard

This paper analyzes the influence of low temperature on color contrast liquid penetrant testing and the related countermeasures to be taken. Combined with ASME standards, the method of identification of process parameters for solvent removal-type color contrast liquid penetrant testing is introduced in detail under low temperature conditions. It provides measures and methods for the color contrast liquid penetrant testing to be carried out under low temperature conditions.
